This position is crucial to our business as you are the first and last person our customers interact with. Customer interaction is a must as we strive to develop relationships with our customers and go beyond just selling a used car. The position has an opportunity for growth and advancement.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Enters lead information into our data base and spreadsheet. Will call customers to set appointments.
- Keep our Social Media profiles up to date with our inventory and direct messages with making sure the leads are being answered.
- Greets and directs visitors to the company.
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains routes and publications.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Dropping titles to register for customers and picking up titles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
- Bilingual a plus
- Customer service experience a plus
- Experience in the automotive field is a plus
